Tourism Campaign for Children
Kairouan, Tunisia is a city with a rich cultural heritage and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The challenge was how to boost tourism in Kairouan to make it attractive for families. As the marketing team lead for the Visit Tunisia Project, I developed the idea for a treasure hunt, transforming the city into a cultural playground for exploration and discovery for children. Working with the Tunisian tourism and cultural authorities, the local Scouts organizations and local tourism businesses, this treasure hunt campaign became a successful tourism experience for families traveling to Kairouan from all over Tunisia as well as international visitors in the city.
